Michael Jackson's Death Ruled a Homicide
Good. Now perhaps justice will be served -- not that it will do Michael or his family any good.
Tragic.

I predicted the day he died that the DOC had something to do with it..it doesnt matter if he actually planned to kill him, there is such a thing as negligent homicide which covers physician malpractice. The doctor was not an anaesthesiologist and he should have never been administering the propofol...all physicians in training take heed you take an oath to do no harm to your patients and that also means those who are ready to do themselves harm!
