Your entry about the hellacious temperatures up where you are got me to thinking about some web sites that try, in their own small way, to help correct the imbalances caused by global warming.
These are the sites I click on every day...they are free to the clicker, being completely paid for by advertisers. I think they're helping (and not just global warming but other real concerns). If you think they're worthwhile, maybe you can mention them on your blog:
